The ageing room

The ageing is prolonged for more than one year in our barrels which are selected between the best suppliers: Nadalie, Seguin Moreau, Demptos, Vicard…

We take care that the piling up does not go too high, in order to avoid differences in the maturity temperature.

When the tasting committee decides, we pass the wine from the barrels to the bottles for a minimum of one additional year to allow it to reach its roundness, once bottled we will keept it in the "dormitory"
